Choose one of two options display ads.
Display ads are welcome for placement in the conference magazine. Please submit your prepared ad with the required ad format or inclusion. All ads are in full color. Your ad should be received on or before October 15th, 2024th.

(1) Premium Placements:
These ad types are limited to the inside front cover, the inside back cover and the back cover. Because of the placement of these ads there's only one of each available and only for Full Page Ads.
(2) Standard Ad Placements:
These ads will be placed throughout the magazine. Business cards are placed 10 cards per page.
Ad Specs:
AD SIZE: All ads to be designed according to our ad dimensions - see ads format below.
SOFTWARE: Acceptable files: Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat in a Mac or Microsoft Windows platform. Our printer does not recommend Publisher, PowerPoint or Microsoft Word files - the final print quality may be compromised.
FONTS: Must include Macintosh Postscript fonts embedded in the PDF OR fonts converted to outlines. We cannot guarantee the legibility of reverse type (white on black/dark background) that is smaller than 9 pt. Recommendation: minimum 10 pt. Bold.
COLOR: Ads must be CMYK or Grayscale. RGB, PMS Spot color or 4/Color Black are unacceptable.
PHOTOS: Must be a .tif format, 300 dpi for the best quality. A 20% dot gain in the final print should be expected.
AD SUBMISSION: ACROBAT PDF IS PREFERRED for final ad submission.
Ad format: TIF, PSD or EPS will be accepted but the ad will be converted to a PDF.
Ads as a jpg format may be blurry and will be converted thus the resolution may be affected.
Method of Transfer: Email, CD or a Flash Drive. For files larger than 20MB, use a file-transfer program such as ‘YouSendIt’ or ‘Dropbox.’
BLEEDS: Bleeds only full-page ads. All ads will be cropped to the correct ad dimensions.
BORDER is required on all ads except a full-page ad. If not provided, we will apply a black .5 pt. border.
SCHEDULE: Ads are due in our office 8 days prior to the publication date.
All pages are reduced approximately 4% to allow for the stitch-and-trim bindery process.
