While employed by AT&T Interactive (owner of YP.com) for a decade, he gained valuable insight into the successful operations of North America’s most prominent digital marketing agency, with 2 billion dollars in annual revenue. Chad benefited from the tutelage and experience of early giants in the digital marketing industry, utilizing the firm’s vast knowledge and resources to grow one of the most extensive digital advertising business books within the nationwide company.

 

 

Noah Marlier

Montgomery County Prothonotary Noah Marlier leads a 25-person office that processes the majority of civil filings for the County’s Common Pleas Court. Noah and his team are proud to serve the people of Montgomery County, adhering to efficient and ethical practices.

Committed to helping the community through his work, Noah’s a frequent speaker on landlord-tenant matters and the eviction crisis. Noah’s additional community outreach includes being a vocal advocate for domestic violence awareness and prevention, as well as for LGBTQ+ rights.

 

 

Marc Aronson

Marc Aronson began his career at the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN) in 1972. Under his leadership, the nation’s first state notary association has grown to nearly 40,000 members. He is in his 52nd year of service to the Association.

 

Marc provided the initiative on a national level, and in Pennsylvania, for the development of the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA). He was an official Observer on the drafting committees of the Uniform Law Commission (ULC) for both RULONA and the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act (URPERA) as well as other Acts.

 

He has served on the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) Notary Public Administrators (NPA) Section for more than 23 years and has been an active member of the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA) for a similar period, serving in many capacities, including two terms as a Board member.

 

Marc has been an expert witness regarding the functions of the notary public. He was instrumental in working with the Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State’s office on legislation giving the Pennsylvania notary public the ability to act as an electronic notary.

 

He is also active as an advisor nationally on traditional paper based notarial practice as well as electronic notarial matters, working with the Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA), the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO), the American Land Title Association (ALTA), and a number of other organizations who seek his expertise in the notarial field.

 

 

Richard Gensler

I have had 45 years of business experience split between the property and casualty insurance industry and the banking industry. Most of those years involved working with small business owners. 


I have been a TriCounty SCORE Mentor for 10 years and have worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs. In my current volunteer role at SCORE, I focus on Business Plans, Financial Projections, and Marketing & Sales Plans, I've dedicated my career to understanding the ins and outs of effective business strategies. While in the banking industry, I've assisted entrepreneurs in securing the working capital they need to flourish.

Andrea Jack

Andrea Jack works with individuals and organizations to amplify their communication, financial knowledge, and business acumen so they can make an influential impact on the world. She coaches with passion, guiding her clients to effectively strengthen and elevate their mindset to new heights. 

Andrea learned the value of dedication at an early age growing up in Philadelphia, as the youngest child in a single-parent home. Her dedication, hard work, and determination to avoid a life of poverty and mediocrity inspired her to excel in her career and start her business to work with individuals and small businesses that need the guidance and support in their financial life. 


With over 20 plus years, specializing in operational accounting, tax, budgeting and policies & procedures. Her experience ranges in many different industries from hotels to cable and from startups to multi-billion-dollar international companies. She has learned over the years that her passion is specializing in small businesses and individuals where she can have the most impact servicing and educating.

Amy Seitz

Amy has been an Ohio Notary for over 20 years, created Cyberize It, LLC (an Online Notarization Software Platform), and is a Certified Ohio & Montana Notary Trainer. After years of working within the Information technology sector and with various government agencies, Amy realized the ability to offer an online resource to clients is essential, especially when the clock is ticking. Amy combined her experience, education, and creativity to revolutionize the Online Notarization process for both Notaries and Clients around the world.

 

 

Julio C Pena

Julio Peña serves as the director of the Department of State’s Bureau of Notaries, Commissions and Legislation, which commissions roughly 75,000 notaries across the commonwealth. He has worked for the department for more than 19 years in varying capacities, including as chief of the Help America Vote Act. He also was previously a manager within the Bureau of Notaries, Commissions and Legislation, and he worked an administrative officer in the department’s Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations. 

 

 

LaHronda Pritchett 

LaRhonda Prichett is a NJ and PA Licensed Title Producer and a NJ and PA Notary. With over 10 years of experience, LaRhonda is currently in Title Management. In this capacity she develops and creates small business startup processes for title companies 

 

 

 Michol Bobb

Michol Bobb, Owner of Notary Training Network is on a mission to bring value and integrity to notary professionals in Maryland. She has been organizing notary training events for almost a decade. The business started as local meetups for notaries in the Baltimore area since 2015. Coincidentally, Maryland laws changed in 2021 to mandate notary education and in July of 2022, Notary Training Network became the first in state approved Notary training course provider. 


Her professional career started in healthcare. She worked in numerous positions as a Pharmacy Technician for over a decade because she had a strong foundation in various skill sets due to the knowledge learned from her trainers. Although valuable, she was never “good enough” on paper to get promotions into the roles that she deserved. It was then, she decided to start her own business to help coach and develop other individuals who wanted to work towards being the best version of themselves and achieving their fullest potential on their own terms.

As Yvette G. Tyler Coulverson

Tyler Coulverson is an advocate for community engagement and social change with a background and finances. Tyler has spent years on the front lines at multiple financial institutions as a branch manager. Coulverson created his company TC Notary LLC In 2021 when he decided to use his notary commission  to serve the community on a regular basis. Coulverson uses his platform to help educate the community on financial literacy. In 2023 Coulverson started a podcast called Financial Literacy with TC. 

Tyler’s role as a branch manager has made him responsible for overseeing the daily operations, optimizing processes and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Tyler hase a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for his clients. He specializes in financial analysis and strategic planning helping businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals. Tyler Coulverson is known for dedication to his clients and ability to build long lasting relationships. In 2019 Coulverson was Part of the first Bankwork$ program in Pittsburgh. BankWork$ is an 8-week program designed to provide an introduction into a career in banking.

Donna Bruce

Donna Bruce, a native of North Philly, has an extensive background in the auto and notary field, spanning over 25 years. Her career began as a payoff clerk for Chrysler Financial and later expanded to include positions at Hatfield Auto Auction, Volvo and Volkswagen of Langhorne, Reedman Toll, and Piazza Nissan. However, Donna's aspirations extended beyond title work, and she yearned to explore new opportunities.


Drawing upon her diverse skill set, which included a background in cosmetology and nursing, Donna found ways to connect with individuals from various demographics. Her journey led her to venture into the real estate industry. It was during this time that she stumbled upon a remarkable building, igniting a vision within her to establish a family business and become an entrepreneur.


With a strong desire to serve her community, Donna envisioned creating an onsite location that would provide a safe and clean environment for individuals to carry out their day-to-day activities. This vision served as the driving force behind her mission to open a business that would cater to the needs of the community she grew up in.

Ebony Locke is a multi-business owner and entrepreneur in Hampton Roads, Virginia. She is passionate about helping small businesses succeed and has founded and managed several successful businesses in the Hampton Roads area.

Ebony has a deep understanding of all aspects of business and has a proven track record of success. She is an expert in business management, marketing, and customer service. Ebony has a vibrant and outgoing personality and loves to use her skills and knowledge to help others achieve their goals. She is a strong advocate for small business growth and development.

James P. Leonard

Jim Leonard is a lifelong resident of Philadelphia, who has spent almost his entire career in public service on behalf of the City of Philadelphia.

He has served as the Commissioner of the City of Philadelphia Department of Records since April 2016, when he was appointed by Mayor Jim Kenney. As Commissioner, Jim serves as the Recorder of Deeds for Philadelphia, manages the City’s records management program for all departments, administers the Department’s public access to records program, including the City’s historical archives, and oversees the City’s printing and binding center and official City photographer.

Prior to being appointed Commissioner of Records, Jim practiced law in Pennsylvania for approximately 17 years, with a focus on real estate transactional law, municipal pension matters, and the PA Right-to-Know Law. He spent almost his entire legal career at the City of Philadelphia Law Department.

Mr. Leonard received his law degree in 1999 from Villanova University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Villanova University in 1996.

Misael Montas

Misael Montas a legal professional of 14 years, a notary public for over 10 years and a certified loan signing agent for over 6 years. Business owner and mentor, Entrepreneurial advocate, community liaison for community initiatives and development among many other things.


As a Tri-state commissioned NY, NJ & Connecticut he’s committed to service with the up most professionalism, prioritizing the client’s needs to ensure delivery of great service and encouraging repeat business.

In addition to servicing the community Misael targets young adolescents by promoting and encouraging them to consider becoming a notarial service provider, due to the valuable life lessons and business experience one can gain.


During the pandemic Misael became the only go to notary public for the entire NYC Law Deptment for remote online notarization (authorized by Executive Law 202.7) from 2020 to 2021 executing several hundred documents for court use. Subsequent to the end of the executive order NY began to work on implementing permanent remote online notarization laws and had authorize it during the interim. These experiences has allowed Misael to develop a niche with remote online notarizations. 

Jeanne Sorg

Jeanne Sorg was elected Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds in November 2015 and assumed office in January 2016. Sorg is originally from Minnesota and is the daughter of the first permanent female miner on the “Iron Range,” who was also the first female mayor of the small taconite mining town of Babbitt, located in Northern Minnesota.

Besides her position as Recorder of Deeds, Jeanne is currently Mayor of Ambler Borough. Sorg serves on the Ambler Main Street Board and is an active member of the Ambler Mennonite Church.

Stephane Russo

Akinyemi Bajulaiye

"Akinyemi Bajulaiye is a Nigerian-American Entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary background that spans over a decade across the media, life science, real estate and technology sectors.


Holding a degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, Akinyemi contributed to launching The Pennovation Center, a 58,000 sq. ft. business incubator and laboratory in 2016. Here, he managed the Biolabs and supported the growth of over 200 life science entrepreneurs and early-stage companies.


In the domain of Real Estate, Akinyemi was an early agent with boutique firm Mosaic Brokerage Group, and since then has run a real estate sales and short-term rental business. 


He is also a co-founder of One Jollof, a media and lifestyle organization with the mission to highlight and document the contributions of the African Diaspora. James Zugay 

Jim Zugay, Recorder of Deeds for Dauphin County. Jim was elected as the Recorder of Deeds in the year 2000, and has made it his career. He has established significant technological advancements in the office, including digitizing historical records and making public information easily accessible to everyone, while protecting the private information of the citizens of Central PA. He has also helped Dauphin County to keep property taxes in check for 18 years, and started a military ID program for veterans, helping them to get access to discounts and other veteran programs.  

Jonathan Braddock

Jon Braddock is a renowned entrepreneur, speaker, author, and podcast host. His works include several influential books such as Advisor or Vendor, RetireEase, The My Life and Wishes Organizer, and the Amazon bestseller Click Here When I Die. He also hosts the insightful podcast, “Estate Planning Nightmares…...And How To Avoid Them!”

Lisa Sweeting

Over the past two decades, Lisa has demonstrated her entrepreneurial skills and business acumen as the owner of a thriving notary business, Signature Line Notary Services, operating across multiple states. She is also the proud owner of a second business, Notary Village LLC, a company she founded, which specializes in notary training. She is passionate about guiding other notaries to grow to their potential.  Under her leadership, Notary Village has successfully trained over 1,300 students through individual and group coaching and online courses. Lisa's expertise is further recognized as a Florida state-authorized Notary Educator. Lisa has the honor of serving as a National Notary Association Ambassador for multiple years and is a published author.
