Frequently Asked Questions

What days will the event be held this year?

The event is held annually on Notary Public Day, November 7th.  However, this year's conference will be held on Saturday, November 9th, 2024.

When does registration open?

Registration is open now and available for 290 in-person registrants and 500 virtual seats.   

How do I register?  

One may register online only through Eventbrite.  Click here to register.

Do I register online?

Yes.  Click here to register.  

How much is the fee?

The early bird registration fee is $125 per person (in person or virtual), general registration fee is if $150 as of 7/1/2024.  Fee includes official Conference access.  

Can I pay by checks? 

Yes, only company checks are accepted. 

Can I use the same email to register multiple attendees?

Yes, however, there's a limit of 2 attendees per registration and each must separate emails and commission IDs.  Each attendee will receive conference information specific to their choices.

Additionally, there's a plus one opportunity.  However, this ticket cannot be purchased separately and has limited conference access. 

Do I have to be a Notary to attend? 

No, however, one can register to become a Pennsylvania notary with our presenting sponsor Easy Notary for only $29.  This requires a separate ticket registration.  

Can I bring a guest?

This year we have a plus one registration.   Video and presentation materials will be available on our website at a later date.

Where will the conference be held?

This year's conference will be held at Temple University Ambler Campus. 

I am coming from out of town, what hotel should I stay at? 

We have a block of rooms available, please click here to book hotel room.  This year's conference room block is at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites: Fort Wahington - Philadelphia

Will there be parking? 

Complimentary parking is available at both the University ay of conference and at the Hotel for our overnight guests.

Will there be internet access available?

Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees.  Please keep in mind there may be multiple using the Wi-Fi.  It is recommended that you download any conference materials prior to attending the conference.

Will there be power to charge my laptop?

There will be power in the lobby.

I registered but now I'm unable to attend.  Can I get a refund? 

There are NO refunds.  If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you may transfer the ticket.  Please email us at Hello@NotaryToday.pro.


Where do I get my conference materials?

Materials will be available electronically.  Registrants will receive access prior to attending the conference.  Please note you will be required to provide a "Gmail" email address to access conference materials.   Attendees are welcome to print and bring materials or may access them electronically during the conference.

What time does a particular session/workshop start?

Agendas will be available on September 15th. 

What types of sessions or workshops are being offered?

What kind of accessibility arrangements are available? 

We will provide support services upon request.   Please request accessibility services or reasonable accommodations at the time of registration.  We'll support for the hearing impaired. 

I am nursing, do you have a nursing room available? 

Yes, there is a nursing room available.  Please let the staff know on the date of event at the check-in table.

I have a dietary restriction/food allergy.  What meals are included with the conference registration?

Buffet lunch is included.   If you have dietary restrictions, please note on your ticket at purchase or email us at Hello@NotaryToday.pro.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

A Certificate of attendance is not applicable.  If you are interested in becoming a commissioned Pennsylvania notary public, please click here.  Our new notary and renewing notary commission is offered through Easy Notary.

Cancellation Policy

We do NOT offer any refunds for ticket purchases, no exceptions. You may, however, easily transfer your ticket to another party. Simply email us at Hello@NotaryToday.pro.
